Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Disqualification from Driving (Prescribed Courts) (Scotland) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st January 1998.

Section 2

For the purposes of section 248C(1) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995, the courts prescribed in this Order are the sheriff courts of Paisley and Perth.
