Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Environment Act 1995 (Commencement No. 10) Order 1997.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 23rd December 1997

The following provisions of the Environment Act 1995 shall come into force on 23rd December 1997:

sections 82 to 86;

section 90 and Schedule 11 in so far as they are not already in force;

section 120(1) in so far as it relates to paragraph 46(5) of Schedule 22.
