Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Bromley) (Amendment) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 2nd February 1998.

Section 2 Amendment of the Road Traffic (Special Parking Areas) (London Boroughs of Bromley, Hammersmith and Fulham and Lewisham) (London Borough of Wandsworth) (Amendment) Order 1993

(1) The Road Traffic (Special Parking Areas) (London Borough of Bromley, Hammersmith and Fulham and Lewisham) (London Borough of Wandsworth) (Amendment) Order 1993 shall be amended as follows.

(2) For paragraph 2 of Schedule 2 (Roads in the London borough of Bromley excluded from the special parking area) there shall be substituted—

(2) A21 between the boundary of Greater London at Sevenoaks Road and the borough boundary with the London borough of Lewisham at Bromley Hill excluding the service road at Pratts Bottom between Broke Farm Drive and Rushmore Hill.
