Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Antarctic Act 1994 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 1997.

Section 2Commencement of Sections 3 and 4 of the Antarctic Act 1994

Sections 3 and 4 of the Antarctic Act 1994 shall come into force on 14th January 1998.
