Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Scottish Qualifications Authority (Transfer Date) (Scotland) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st April 1997.

Section 2Transfer date

The date prescribed for the purposes of section 17(1) of the Act as the transfer date shall be 1st April 1997.
