Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Act of Sederunt may be cited as the Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 1997 and shall come into force on 10th March 1997.

(2) This Act of Sederunt shall be inserted in the Books of Sederunt.

Section 2Lands Valuation Appeal Court

(1) The judges named for the purposes of appeal under section 7 of the Valuation of Lands (Scotland) Amendment Act 1879 shall be as follows:—
The Honourable Lord Prosser
The Honourable Lord Coulsfield
The Honourable Lord Milligan
The Honourable Lord Gill
The Honourable Lord Philip
(2) The Act of Sederunt (Lands Valuation Appeal Court) 1996 is revoked.
