Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Education (Funding for Teacher Training) Designation Order 1997 and shall come into force on 28th March 1997

Section 2

The following are hereby designated as institutions eligible for funding under Part 1 of the Education Act 1994:—
(a) Titan Partnership, a charitable unincorporated association having the registered charity number 1058051.
(b) Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council.
(c) Essex County Council.
