Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (General) Amendment Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 7th April 1997.

Section 2Amendment of the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (General) Regulations 1995

In regulation 17 of the Social Security (Incapacity for Work) (General) Regulations 1995 (exempt work), in sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph (2), for “£45.50” there shall be substituted “£46.50”.
