Section 1

This Order may be cited as The A316 Trunk Road (Hounslow) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1995 Variation Order 1997, and shall come into force on 8th March 1997.

Section 2

The A316 Trunk Road (Hounslow) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1995 is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

Section 3

In Schedule 2, the words “No items” are deleted from column (2) of the table.

Section 4

In Schedule 2, in the table, insert the following item:—

(1) Country Way (A316) — South-east side, the area of carriageway parallel to the south-eastern kerb-line between a point 7.5 metres south-west of the south-western kerb-line of the southernmost access road to the waterworks on the south-east side of A316 Country Way and a point 68 metres south-west of that point and having a width of 2.4 metres throughout.
