Section 1Title and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Medicines (Medicated Animal Feeding Stuffs) (Amendment) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 1st April 1997.

Section 2Amendment of the Medicines (Medicated Animal Feeding Stuffs) ( No. 2) Regulations 1992

For Schedule 3 to the Medicines (Medicated Animal Feeding Stuffs) (No. 2) Regulations 1992 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
