Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the New Town (Irvine) Dissolution Order 1997 and shall come into force on 31st March 1997.

(2) In this Order, “Irvine Development Corporation” means the Irvine Development Corporation established by the New Town (Irvine) (Development Corporation) Order 1967 .

Section 2

The Secretary of State hereby appoints 31st March 1997 as the date for the dissolution of Irvine Development Corporation.
