Section 1

(1) This Order may be cited as the New Town (Livingston) Dissolution Order 1997 and shall come into force on 31st March 1997.

(2) In this Order, “Livingston Development Corporation” means the Livingston Development Corporation established by the New Town (Livingston) (Development Corporation) Order 1962 .

Section 2

The Secretary of State hereby appoints 31st March 1997 as the date for the dissolution of Livingston Development Corporation.
