Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) This Order may be cited as the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 (Commencement) (Section 65 and Schedules 1 and 2) Order 1997.

(2) Section 65 of, and Schedules 1 and 2 to, the Criminal Procedure and Investigations Act 1996 shall have effect in relation to any alleged offence in relation to which Part I of that Act applies.
