Section 1Citation and commencement

These Rules may be cited as the Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Rules 1986 etc (Revocations) (Scotland) Rules 1997 and shall come into force on 1st April 1997.

Section 2Revocations

The following Rules shall be revoked on 1st April 1997–
The Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Rules 1986 ;
The Children’s Hearings (Scotland) Amendment Rules 1996 ;
The Reporter’s Duties and Transmission of Information, etc. (Scotland) Rules 1971 .
