Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Prosecution of Offences (Revocation) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force on 1st April 1997.

Section 2Revocation of 1978 Regulations

The Prosecution of Offences Regulations 1978 are hereby revoked.
