The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1997

Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 1997 and shall come into force—

(a) as to regulations 1 and 2 on 31st March 1997, and

(b) as to regulation 3 on 1st April 1997.

Section 2

Regulation 4(3) of the Driving Licences (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1997 is hereby revoked.

Section 3

For regulation 3(2)(a)(i) of the Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) Regulations 1996 there shall be substituted—

(i) surrendered to the Secretary of State or is revoked otherwise than by notice under section 93(1) or (2) of the Traffic Act (revocation because of disability or prospective disability), or
