Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Admission to Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972) (No. 3) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 7th April 1997.

The Superannuation (Admission to Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972) (No. 3) Order 1997
Section 2
The office of the social fund Commissioner for Great Britain is hereby added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 1 June 1995.
Section 3
The office of the social fund Commissioner for Northern Ireland is hereby added to the offices listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972 with effect from 1 June 1995.
