Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st April 1997.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

The Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust established by the Pembrokeshire National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991 is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.
