Section 1Citation, commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 30th April 1998.

Section 2Amendment of the Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986

(1) The Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations 1986 shall be further amended as follows.

(2) In paragraphs (10) and (10B)(c) of regulation 61 (emissions) for “1st May 1998” in both places where those words occur there shall be substituted “1st July 1998”.
