Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes (No. 3) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 24th April 1998, except for article 3 which shall come into force on 23rd April 1998.

Section 2Variation of section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990
In section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 (purposes for which financial assistance may be given) there shall be inserted after paragraph (gg)—
(hh) Environmental Campaigns Limited.
Section 3Revocation
The Financial Assistance for Environmental Purposes (No. 2) Order 1998 is hereby revoked.
