Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment No. 2) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 10th April 1998.

Section 2

For the Schedule to the Immigration (Transit Visa) Order 1993 there shall be substituted the Schedule to this Order.

Section 3

Article 2 of the Immigration (Transit Visa) Order 1993 shall be amended by the insertion, after the words “Northern Cyprus”, of the words “or the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia,”.

Section 4

The Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 1995 and the Immigration (Transit Visa) (Amendment) Order 1996 are hereby revoked.
