Section 1
These Regulations may be cited as the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 1st May 1998.

Section 2
In regulation 3(1) of the Road Works (Inspection Fees) (Scotland) Regulations 1992 for the figure of “£12.50” there shall be substituted “£14.50”.
