Section 1
(1) This Order may be cited as the Northern Ireland (Entry to Negotiations, etc) Act 1996 (Cessation of Section 3) Order 1998 and shall come into force on the day after that on which this Order is made.

Section 2
Section 3 of the Northern Ireland (Entry to Negotiations, etc) Act 1996 shall cease to have effect on the day after that on which this Order is made.
Section 3
The Northern Ireland (Entry to Negotiations, etc) Act 1996 (Revival of Section 3) Order 1997 is hereby revoked.
