Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Pilot Schemes—Health Service Bodies) Amendment Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 25th May 1998.

Section 2 Amendment of the National Health Service (Pilot Schemes—Health Service Bodies) Regulations 1997

(1) The National Health Service (Pilot Schemes—Health Service Bodies) Regulations 1997 shall be amended in accordance with paragraph (2).

(2) In regulation 1 (citation, commencement and interpretation), in paragraph (2), in the definition of “application”, after “personal medical services” insert “or personal dental services”.
