Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Recreational Craft (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 28th February 1998.

Section 2Amendment of the Recreational Craft Regulations 1996

In regulation 15(1)(b) of the Recreational Craft Regulations 1996 , for the words “the Department of Economic Development” there shall be substituted the words “every district council”.
