Section 1Citation, commencement and interpretation
(1) This Order may be cited as the Special Trustees for the Royal Hospital of St. Bartholomew (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 1st June 1998.
(2) In this Order—
“the Authority” means the East London and The City Health Authority;
“the Special Trustees” means the Special Trustees for the Royal Hospital of St. Bartholomew;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of the Authority and the Special Trustees on 15th December 1997.
