Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Cumbria Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1998 and shall come into force on 26th May 1998.

Section 2Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order

In Article 4 of the Cumbria Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 for “4 non-executive” there shall be substituted “3 non-executive” and for “4 executive” there shall be substituted “3 executive”.
