Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Public Lending Right Scheme 1982 (Commencement of Variations) Order 1998.

Section 2

The variation in the Public Lending Right Scheme 1982 which was made on 13th May 1998 by the Secretary of State and is set out in the Appendix to this Order shall come into force on 6th June 1998.

Section 1

Schedule 2 of the Scheme shall be varied by substituting for GROUPS A to the end the following:
