Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into force on the tenth day after the day on which it is made.

The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments)(Amendment) Order 1998
Section 2
The Hovercraft (Application of Enactments) Order 1972 shall be amended by deleting from Part A of Schedule 2 thereto the following:
(a) the reference to the Civil Aviation Act 1968 section 16 in column 1 and the corresponding reference in column 2 and modification in column 3; and
(b) the reference to the Civil Aviation Act 1971 section 27 in column 1 and the corresponding reference in column 2 and modification in column 3.
