Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Turks and Caicos Islands (Territorial Sea) (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 9th June 1998.

For the Schedule to the Turks and Caicos Islands (Territorial Sea) Order 1989 there shall be substituted the Schedule set out below:
