Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Right to Purchase (Prescribed Persons) (Scotland) Amendment Order 1998 and shall come into force on 15th June 1998.

Section 2Amendment of Order

In the list of prescribed persons in article 2 of the Right to Purchase (Prescribed Persons) (Scotland) Order 1993 –
(a) after “the Electricity Council,” insert “the English Sports Council,”; and
(b) after “the Sports Council for Wales,” insert the “United Kingdom Sports Council,”.
