Section 1
This Order may be cited as the A34 Trunk Road (Churchbridge) (Detrunking) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 12th February 1998.

The A34 Trunk Road (Churchbridge) (Detrunking) Order 1998
Section 2
In this Order—
(i) “classified road”
(ii) “the new trunk road”
(iii) “principal road”
(iv) “the trunk road”
Section 3
The length of trunk road described in the Schedule to this Order shall cease to be a trunk road and shall be classified as an unclassified road as from the date on which the Secretary of State notifies the Staffordshire County Council that the new trunk road is open for traffic.
