Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Broadcasting (Percentage of Digital Capacity for Radio Multiplex Licence) Order 1998 and shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Percentage

In paragraph (h) of section 54(1) of the Broadcasting Act 1996 “80 per cent.” shall be substituted for “90 per cent.”.
