Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Special Immigration Appeals Commission Act 1997 (Commencement No. 1) Order 1998.

Section 2

Sections 5 and 8 of the Special Immigration Appeals Commission Act 1997 (rules as to procedure in relation to appeals to the Commission, bail and leave to appeal from the Commission) shall come into force on 11th June 1998.
