Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Queen Mary’s Sidcup National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1998 and shall come into force on 10th June 1998.

Section 2 Amendment of NHS trust Establishment Order

In Article 3 of the Queen Mary’s Sidcup National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992 (functions of the trust)—

(a) in paragraph (1) for “section 5(1)(a)” there shall be substituted “section 5(1)(b)”; and

(b) for paragraph (2) there shall be substituted the following paragraph:—

(2) The trust’s functions shall be to provide and manage Queen Mary’s Hospital, Sidcup, Kent DA14 6LT and any other premises which are for the time being associated with this hospital, and there to provide hospital accommodation and services.
