Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Safety of Sports Grounds (Designation) (Scotland) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 24th July 1998.

Section 2

Each stadium in Schedule 1 to this Order, being a sports stadium which in the opinion of the Secretary of State has accommodation for more than 10,000 spectators, is hereby designated as a stadium requiring a safety certificate under the Safety of Sports Grounds Act 1975.

Section 3

The Orders specified in Schedule 2 to this Order are hereby revoked.
