Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, and shall come into force on 3rd August 1998.

Section 2

Forms 287(I), 288ab(I) and 288c(I) in the Schedule to these Regulations, with such variation as circumstances require, are additional forms prescribed for the purposes of sections 287(3) and 288(2) of the Companies Act 1985 .
