Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment No. 3) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 20th July 1998.

Section 2

The Wireless Telegraphy (Licence Charges) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1998 are hereby amended by substituting the following paragraph for regulation 2(b)–

(b) in regulation 5(3), the following paragraph shall be inserted into the list of classes in relation to the definition of “relevant licence”–

(aa) On-Site Private Business Radio;
