Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as The Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 2) Order 1984 (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 10th August 1998.

Section 2Amendment of the Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 2) Order 1984
The Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 2) Order 1984 (as amended) shall be amended as follows:
(1) in Article 2(1) for the words “Latitude 50°39'.67 North, Longitude 01°54'.79 West” there shall be substituted the words “Latitude 50°39'.65 North, Longitude 01°54'.79 West”.
Section 3Revocation
The Protection of Wrecks (Designation No. 2 Order 1984) (Amendment) Order 1988 is hereby revoked.
