Section 1 Commencement and citation

This Order may be cited as The A2 Trunk Road (Bexley) Red Route Traffic 1996 Variation Order 1998, and shall come into force on 31st July 1998.

Section 2 Variations

The A2 Trunk Road (Bexley) Red Route Traffic Order 1996 is varied as provided by the following provisions of this Order.

Section 3 Variations

In Schedule 3B—

After item 2 insert the following new items—

(2A) North side, from a point 2.0 metres west of the eastern flank wall of No. 860 East Rochester Way, west for a distance of 17.0 metres.

(2B) North side, from a point 2.0 metres east of the western flank wall of No. 858 East Rochester Way, east for a distance of 17.0 metres.

(2C) North side, from a point 2.5 metres west of the common boundary of Nos. 846 and 844 East Rochester Way, west for a distance of 17.0 metres.

After item 3 insert the following new item—

(3A) North side, from the common boundary of Nos. 808 and 806 East Rochester Way, west for a distance of 17.0 metres.

After item 4 insert the following new item—

(4A) North side, from a point 4.0 metres east of the common boundary of Nos. 792 and 790 East Rochester Way, west for a distance of 17.0 metres.

After item 8 insert the following new items—

(8A) South side, from a point 1.0 metre west of the common boundary of Nos. 767 and 769 East Rochester Way, east for a distance of 12.0 metres.

(8B) South side, from a point 2.0 metres west of the eastern boundary of No. 799 East Rochester Way, east for a distance of 17.0 metres.

(8C) South side, from the western flank wall of No. 809 East Rochester Way, east for a distance of 17.0 metres.

After item 9 insert the following new item—

(9A) South side, from the eastern flank wall of No. 831 East Rochester Way, east for a distance of 17.0 metres.
