The Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 (Commencement No.11) Order 1998
Section 2
Sections 2(1) and (2) and 3(3) of the Land Registration (Scotland) Act 1979 shall come into force on 1st April 1999 in the following areas, for the purpose of registration of writs:—
(a) the County of Perth;
(b) the County of Angus; and
(c) the County of Kinross.
