Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Coventry Airport (Designation) (Detention and Sale of Aircraft) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 31st August 1998.

Section 2

Coventry Airport is hereby designated for the purposes of section 88 of the Civil Aviation Act 1982.
