Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Superannuation (Admission to Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972) (No. 2) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 21st August 1998, but shall have effect from 31st October 1996.

(2) Employment by the Library and Information Commission is hereby added to the employments listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation Act 1972.
