The Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 1998

Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Civil Courts (Amendment) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 7th September 1998.

Section 2 Interpretation

In this Order, “the 1983 Order” means the Civil Courts Order 1983 , and a Schedule referred to by number alone means the Schedule so numbered in that Order.

Section 3 Amendments to the 1983 Order

In Schedule 1–

(a) “Holywell” shall be deleted from its position in the second column opposite the entry for“Rhyl” in the first column; and

(b) the entry relating to Rochdale shall be deleted.

Section 4 Amendments to the 1983 Order

In Schedule 3 the entries relating to “Holywell” and “Rochdale” shall be deleted .
