Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Student Loans) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 1st September 1998.

Section 2

The Education (Student Loans) Regulations 1998 shall be amended as follows:

In regulation 8(5), for “£4” there shall be substituted “£4.50”.
