Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Amendment of Schedule 3) (Scotland) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 4th October 1998.

(2) This Order shall have effect as respects Scotland only.

Section 2Amendment of the Road Traffic Act 1991

The amendments made to Schedule 3 to the Road Traffic Act 1991 by article 2 of the Road Traffic Act 1991 (Amendment of Schedule 3) (England and Wales) Order 1996 (except for the insertion, in paragraph 2(4) of that Schedule, of new paragraph (bb)) shall have effect in the application of that Schedule to Scotland.
