Section 1

These Regulations may be cited as the Outer Space Act 1986 (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1998 and shall come into force on 30 September 1998.

Section 2

Paragraph (2) of regulation 3 of the Outer Space Act 1986 (Fees) Regulations 1989 is amended by substituting the sum of £6,500 for the sum of £1,000 specified in that paragraph.
