Section 1 Commencement and citation

This Order may be cited as The A41 Trunk Road (Westminster) Red Route Traffic Order 1998 Variation Order 1998, and shall come into force on 7th September 1998.

Section 2 Variations

The A41 Trunk Road (Westminster) Red Route Traffic Order 1998 is varied as provided by the following provision of this Order.

Section 3 Variations

In article 10 the following words are added:

and the City of Westminster (Waiting and Loading Restriction) Order 1976 is hereby revoked in so far as its provisions relate to any part of the trunk road red route

In schedule 3B, a new item 22 is added as follows:

Section 5 Variations

In schedule 4, item 9 is varied as follows:

Wellington Road, the north-east side, from its junction with Wellington Place, to its junction with Prince Albert Road

Section 6 Variations

In schedule 4, item 14 is varied as follows:

Wellington Road, the south-west side, from the north-western kerb-line of St John’s Wood Road to its junction with Wellington Place
