Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) Order 1998 Partial Revocation (No.2) Order 1998 and shall come into force at 18.00 hours on 19th August 1998.

Section 2Revocation

The Food Protection (Emergency Prohibitions) (Paralytic Shellfish Poisoning) Order 1998 is revoked insofar as it designates any part of the area set out in the Schedule to this Order.
