Section 1Title and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sole, etc. (Specified Sea Areas) (Prohibition of Fishing) (Variation) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 26th February 1998.

Section 2Variation

(1) The Sole, etc. (Specified Sea Areas) (Prohibition of Fishing) Order 1997 shall be varied in accordance with paragraph (2) of this article.

(2) In article 2 paragraph (2) sub-paragraph (b), for the words “beginning with the date of coming into force of this Order and ending immediately before 1st January 1998” there shall be substituted the words “beginning immediately before 28th February 1998 and ending immediately before 1st January 1999”.
